Exceptionally clean property, smart and excellent staff. Modest & functional unit with lovely finished bathrooms. A work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set in the room. Absolutely gorgeous building, perfect location close to the restaurant across the square, the busiest bars in Lytham and the square outside until the early hours of the morning. Again, walking distance to English lights festival.

The staff was helpful and pretty friendly, everything was very good. My superior room was modest & new-fashioned. The location was fab - easy walk to everywhere I wanted to go. Found St John the Divine, it's not too far from the venue.

The hotel met needs well. Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this fairly clean hip new property. The location was gorgeous, near shops, restaurants and the promenade, where there are several bars and the busiest bars in Lytham. I found Station Pub & Grill offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue. The rooms were fabulous and bright with large bathroom and obscure glass, just what was needed.
